90-Day Service Warranty

All repairs performed by youthlyboost include a 90-day warranty covering:

  • Defects in workmanship and repair quality
  • Failure of materials used in the repair
  • Seam separation in repaired areas
  • Hardware or fastener failure we installed

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from misuse or improper care
  • Accidental damage or exposure to harsh conditions
  • Modifications made by others after our repair
  • Pre-existing issues not addressed in the repair

If You're Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with your repair:

  • Contact us within 7 days of item pickup
  • Describe the issue with your repair
  • Return the item to our Durham location for inspection
  • We will assess and provide a resolution

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Free re-repair of the affected area
  • Adjustment or modification at no charge
  • Partial or full refund of repair costs
  • Service credit for future repairs

Item Pickup and Storage

After repair completion:

  • You will be notified when your item is ready
  • Items must be picked up within 30 days
  • Free storage for 30 days after completion
  • Extended storage may incur fees
  • Items not claimed within 90 days may be considered abandoned

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing takes 5-10 business days
  • Partial refunds may apply for completed work
  • Material costs may be non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a repair request:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit
  • Work in progress: Charges apply for completed work and materials
  • After completion: Standard return policy applies

Item Inspection

We recommend inspecting your repaired item upon pickup. This allows us to address any concerns immediately while you are at our location in Durham, NC.

Limitations

Our liability is limited to the repair cost or declared item value, whichever is less. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses.
